This club has been born from a desire to design the best club possible for the players involved. And you are one of them. Welcome.

Phoenix 8020 has been built iteratively with a set of core beliefs and principles. Our plan to build the team is simple yet focused; clear yet flexible.

The club is created from a simple philosophy that says, WINNING IS FUN. When we play, we want to focus on winning because to experience winning through great gameplay and football will bring us happiness and delight. That is not to say that when we lose we don't enjoy the experience. When we lose, we learn. And that's good.

We aim to play like pros and play attractive and great football. This is not about finding the faults in fifa and exploiting them. Rather this is about playing the beautiful game and representing all that we love about football.

This stands for 80% winning. It is the dominant factor in what we do. We want to win. When we win, we enjoy it more.

This stands for 20% fun. It is less dominant but it is always there. We want to have fun and have fun together. This will come in many shapes and forms. We need to be close as team members and enjoy each other's company. We are a team and we want your FIFA clubs time to be an enjoyable one.

We have fallen, we have been burned and banished to the lower divisions. We will rise again from the flames, stronger, wiser, better. The phoenix reminds us of where we have been and that we can be stronger and return no matter what.
